Latino Trendsetters Defined
Latino Trendsetter Awards are given by DTM (Defining Trends Magazine) to leaders and innovators in the Hispanic community who maintain high levels of standards through their actions and deeds. They are the ones who are not afraid to stand out from the pack in order to make a difference and define trends that influence Hispanics, as well as the mainstream.
They are active in the Hispanic culture and communities, serve as important role models for our youth and make us proud of our heritage.
Latino Trendsetters come from all walks of life:
The community leader who organizes youth groups in the neighborhood…a groundbreaking executive in corporate America…an artist or performer who is changing music and the arts…a record-breaking sports figure…the small business owner who has come up with the next great idea…a student who dropped out to raise a child, but returned to earn a college degree…the lady next door who takes in children…a leading political figure.
In other words, a Latino Trendsetter is someone who helps define the U.S. Latino experience.
